Hello, if the legal person is an overseas person and does not have an ID number when submitting the enterprise verification please follow these steps:
1. The person in charge of the mainland (verified mainland administrator account) submits the verification, the name of the legal person is filled in with the name of the legal person on the business license and the ID card column is filled with the ID number of the Mainland Person in charge.
2. After submitting the verification information, contact the manual online customer service to send a picture of the legal person’s passport or other valid ID photo. How to contact the manual online customer service: enter [Manual] twice in DingTalk Assistant interface.
