In order to avoid the senior executives being disturbed, the senior executives can be set to [boss mode], the mobile phone number will be hidden from the employees, the ordinary employees can not send DING and business calls. [Setting method]:

1. The administratorgo to Admin Panel (oa.dingtalk.com)-[Contacts]-Click on the person who needs to be set-Setting window will popup - Turn "Executive mode" on or off;

2. Or the administrator go to [DingTalk mobile app] - [Contacts] - [Organization Management] - [Comapny Contatcs] - [Manage Employee & Department] - click [edit (pencil icon)] behind the staff - turn on / coff [ Boss Mode].

[Tips]:

1. If the person who has set the executive mode can still be DING, it may be that the sender and receiver are both have executive mode;

2. If only one person sets the executive mode, it can still be DING, which may be:

a. the person who sent the DING message and the person who set the executive mode are friends in DingTalk;

b. The two are in another same team/enterprise and are not in the executive mode.
