Hello, if you need to delete DingTalk account, please log in to the latest version of [DingTalk Mobile app] - [Me] - [Settings] - [Account and Security] - [Delete DingTalk Account], according to the interface prompts.

[Tips]:
1. The cancellation of account requires to exits all teams/enterprises first;
2. Once the account been cancelled, it cannot be revoked and the data and messages cannot be recovered;
3. Need to update to the latest version, if you are using the old version, you may not find the selection.
