Hello, a chat group has only one group admin, usually is the person who created the group;
1. The owner of the department group can be set/modified by the administrator of enterprise: Administrator login enterprise OA Panel on desktop client (oa.dingtalk.com) - "Contacts" - select "Group Name" - "Modify" - "Group Admin" to set the group admin, admin cannot set group owners for general group and Secured Enterprise Group;
2. The owner can also transfer it by himself. Admin goes to "DingTalk Mobile app" - "Group Chat" find the group you want to transfer, press the upper right side "Portrait Icons" get into the Group Settings - "Group Management" - "Transfer Group Ownership";
3. If the group admin withdraws from the group, the system will transfer the owner's identity to another person.
