How to delete group for group admin?

Hello, only the group admin and the sub-admin who have contacts permissions have the rights to manage and delete the all-hand group and department group. Admin need to go to [Contacs]-[Group Chats]-select the group you want to manage-[Settings]-[Group Management]-[Disband].
