Can't hear sound during live broadcast
There are several situations in which no sound can be heard during live broadcast:
No audio can be heard after playing other videos and audios during the live broadcast: There are two types of computer sounds, one is output speaker sound; the other is the input microphone sound. The voice of the live host is input sound, and the sound played on the computer is output speaker sound. You need to contact the live host and ask the host to turn on the speaker sound option in the sound settings.
No audio can be heard by all viewers of the live broadcast: If viewers all report that the sound of your live broadcast cannot be heard. the main reason is that your sound pickup device settings or the device itself hasn’t been set well. It is recommended to unplug and try again, you can also refer to the following operations. Debugging microphone (windows): DingTalk PC live broadcast software has built-in noise reduction module, which can reduce some environmental noise, but to achieve better sound pickup effect, you can turn on "noise suppression" and "echo elimination" in the sound card driver. If the volume is too low and you need to enhance the microphone volume, first open the "Sound Control Panel". This option can be found in the control panel and then adjust it to a suitable point, too high or too low are both not good. At the same time, if you have multiple devices, you need to remain one of the best devices and turn off the other devices. Operation method: Right-click to disable the device (PS: the way to choose a good sound device is to say a word to the microphone and observe the progress bar that indicates the volume of sound, the device which has the largest bar is the best sound device.
Part of the audience ca n’t hear the sound: Please check the following three things:
1. If you wrongly turn off the sound of the DingTalk app in the volume synthesizer alone, there would be no sound coming out during the live broadcast. Please check if it is muted, just turn on the sound;
2. Caused by a problem with the speaker or sound card driver. It is recommended that you update the sound card driver or set the volume synthesizer, or switch to the live broadcast compatibility mode;
3. Check is there any other software in your phone that preempts the audio: Tips: For WIndows7 system, the volume device has a separate DingTalk volume control Switch, you need to enhance the sound of the DingTalk. (as shown below)
