Training workshops such as Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, RedHat, Cisco, Project Management, etc are covered. They deal with multiple parties from different locations to ensure the trainings can be implemented as scheduled, this means communication is the key.

We were using Whatsapp and Email heavily on mobile. Back then, everyone was overwhelmed by tons of messages and tasks which were not listed by priority. We frequently forgot things.

We digitalized our company staff directory in DingTalk where we now have more cross department communication, using Group Chat or DING. Our communication in Group Chat has become much more structured and trackable with DING Task in the picture. We use Ding Task heavily to ensure each task is being tracked and completed.

Our operation is relatively rigid and somehow manual where everything is done using Email and manual paper approval. If a document needs approval, the employee needs to know who should sign, and scan the paper, share the email or bring the paper to each POC to get the signature. This is very time consuming and it often gets stuck at certain point if the manager is busy with something else.

Some of the approval process has been digitalized to reduce the waiting time, when the approval form floats across 3 locations to reach share service. Approval like Claim, Request to Purchase & Last minute order are now in DingTalk. Off Site Attendance allow the managers to manage Salesperson more transparently and achieve flexi hour. As an IT company, we take one more step on digitalizing our work which makes everyone feel excited.
