Talento Academy, founded in 2009, is a comprehensive early childhood education organization in Malaysia, with 5 directly owned kindergartens and 2 daycare centers spread across Kuala Lumpur and Klang, Selangor. As the pioneer of childhood education industry, their annual conference is often the communication platform to facilitate Malaysian educators to develop their expertise and teaching skills.

We have 5 kindergartens and 2 daycares centers spread across Kuala Lumpur and Klang. Before, we needed to meet face to face for some important project coordination. You know how terrible Kuala Lumpur’s traffic is. Our employees spent a lot of time on the road.

Now we use Voice and Video Conference features extensively for project coordination, saving unproductive travel time to & fro Kuala Lumpur and Klang. Our Principal is very pleased with the reduction of petrol and parking claims monthly by more than 50%.

We relied on punch card attendance heavily before. It was tedious and time-consuming in the month-end to do computation. After using DingTalk Attendance, staff and school attendance can be easily monitored at a glance. Management can easily keep track of staff that are hardworking and late, to take appropriate actions. Best of all, monthly attendance can be easily tabulated within 1-2 hours (instead of 2-3 days).

We used other apps for communication before, but files synchronization was a headache. It takes up your mobile storage, so people will delete cache every now and then. So files and conversations are lost and untraceable.

Project communication and collaboration has improved tremendously with the use of Chat Groups, Ding Task and Ding Drive. Project files and teaching materials can be easily shared instantly with all team members through Ding Drive to get effective feedback and save phone storage, where everything is saved on the cloud. Project tasks can be assigned through Ding Task for effective tracking and execution until completion.
