Oppo Malaysia has 15 main branches, hundreds of stores and more than 4000 employees. In the past, attendance tracking consist of manual signatures and paper records. For field staff, checking-in consisted of a time stamp and must be verified manually by an individual to ensure accuracy. Oppo Malaysia also uses approval workflows in DingTalk. Some examples include: trip applications and leave applications. These approval forms will appear on the Reviewer’s mobile devices and they can process them right away. It's transparent and traceable. For urgent workflow, they send a DING to remind the reviewer.

If individuals wants to search and input anything, he needs to log in using his account on the website. In result, they migrate the portal on DingTalk with functions upgraded. Now sales staff can directly log in with DingTalk account, and do one-stop sales IMEI report, sales inquiry andreservations, etc. The business data is more accessible than before.
